Mindfulness for Carers

There are two courses on offer for carers, either the standard 8-week MBCT course (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy) or a specially adapted 6-week Carers' course (designed by


In the 6-week course you will learn short meditations and exercises to support you with everyday stresses and there will be about twenty minutes of home practice each day.  There is also a special retreat session on the last week which is a respite time for you with some mindful eating, a meditation and also time to do something you like e.g. reading, drawing, writing, sewing or even sleeping!

I run free taster sessions for the courses so that participants can ensure they can commit to the course and ask any questions about it.
