Mindfulness for Parkinson's

These are intended for those who have done a mindfulness course, but you are welcome to come along as a taster too. The first half will be a guided meditation and the latter half reflections and chat. Payment by donation, if you would like, thank you.

Course runs Thursdays 28th April - 23rd June 10.30 - 11.45
(please note, no session on Bank Holiday 2nd June)
If you need help towards the cost of the programme please don’t be afraid to ask. You may be eligible for a Parkinson’s UK Grant. Please see the Parkinson’s UK website for relevant details. To apply, you will need to download and complete a grant application form and submit it for review. If you are successful, Parkinson’s UK will remit the grant directly to Teresa Gane on your behalf.
The Parkinson's UK Area Development Manager for the South will be at both introductory sessions so you will be able to ask her any questions too.
